PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system operation pattern which allows a computer to eliminate the need for standing by in an integral condition, compose a device which needs no cooling fans and establish the constitution which reduces memory capacity. PSOLUTION: A scram timing recorder device is composed of a PIO 20 with a time tag composed of substrates housing the function of storing the condition changing time data for control rods per substrate, a controller 30 which needs neither magnetic discs nor cooling fans and the computer 40 which eliminates the necessity of high-speed arithmetic calculations. The condition changing time data of stroke signals is stored in a memory in the substrates of the PIO 20 with the time tag by a measurement starting signal SK, and a timer is actuated by a measurement time monitoring means 32 placed in the controller 30. When the timer measures the scheduled measurement time, the memory action of the memory 24 is stopped by the measurement time monitoring means 32. The condition changing time data stored in the memory 24 are captured in a measurement processing data means and are transmitted to the computer 40.
