PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable business that utilizes the uniqueness of each group affiliating itself with a system in the efficient system called a common allocation of vehicle.;SOLUTION: A first retrieving means 13 accesses a vehicle database 11 of its own company in response to a vehicle allocation request from a customer, retrieves the existence/absence of a taxi that can be allocated, and selects a taxi 16 to be allocated among taxis belonging to its own company on the basis of predetermined conditions when there are taxis that can be allocated. A terminal device 18 transmits a vehicle allocation instruction signal to the selected taxi 16 from a base station 20 through a shared server 15 to allocate the vehicle to the customer. When there is no allocatable taxi in its own company, a second retrieving means 14 accesses a vehicle database 11 of another company to retrieve an allocatable taxi among taxis belonging to the other company.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
