PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase support system or the like for selecting a store which can accurately answer to an inquiry from a consumer from among a plurality of stores in an EC site, and for replying the answer from the store to the consumer.;SOLUTION: This purchase support system is provided with: a request analyzing means for analyzing request description, and for generating a word group for request as the set of words as the keywords of the request descriptions; a merchandise decision means for selecting merchandise matched with the request of a consumer from among merchandise to be sold by an EC store based on the matching of the word group for merchandise and the word group for request; a store specification means for selecting an answer EC store from among the EC stores which sell merchandise included in the merchandise decision resu a request description transmission means for transmitting the request description to the store terminal of the answer EC store; and an answering means for generating answer data by gathering store answer documents received from the store terminal, and for transmitting the answer data to a consumer terminal to be used by the consumer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
