PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a millimeter wave imaging sensorusing a radio wave transmitting/receiving module which has a wide band, can be down-sized in the direction of depth, has a simple and strong structure and does not depend on the ambient temperature.;SOLUTION: The radio wave transmitting/receiving module comprises: a radio wave receiving module array disposing a plurality of radio wave receiving modules in an array form; a lens positioned at each opening side of the array; and an external circuit for processing reception signals outputted from the array. In each of the radio wave receiving modules, a waveguide including a conductor present on the inner periphery and opening an incident direction side of reception waves, a core wire for receiving reception waves, a receiving element for outputting the reception waves received by the core wire as reception signals and wiring for transmitting the reception signals outputted by the receiving element to the external circuit are horizontally provided on a dielectric substrate 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
