PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a constructor and a renovation plan can not be appropriately determined in the conventional renovation mediation device.;SOLUTION: The renovation mediation device is constituted by being equipped with: a counter estimation receiving part 103 by which the constructor receives counter estimation amount information which is information about estimated amounts created against the respective reform plans created by other constructors among a plurality of renovation plans indicated by estimation information; and a second transmitting part 107 which transmits second display information which is information for displaying the plurality of renovation plans indicated by the estimation information received by an estimation receiving part 101, the estimated amounts, and the constructor which create the renovation plans and the estimated amounts by associating them with one another and for displaying the plurality of renovation plans indicated by the estimation information, the estimated amounts indicated by the counter estimation amount information received by the counter estimation receiving part 103 about the renovation plans, and the contractors which create the estimated amounts by associating them with one another.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
