In a condition of the engaging pawl 66 engaged with the first trough part 46, many arm parts 62 are placed in a condition not fitted yet to an inner wall of the connection member 32, in this condition, the pipe is inserted in an intermittent cylindrical shape formed by many arm parts 62, and the bulge part is fitted to the groove of the arm part 62.
