PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively analyze a component in a specimen with excellent quantitative accuracy.;SOLUTION: A specimen holding jig wherein a detectable substance holding porous material 2 holding indocyanine green (ICG) being a detectable substance is arranged on a specimen holding porous material 1 is used and a liquid specimen is added to the detectable substance holding porous material 2. The specimen comes into contact with ICG while transfers through the detectable substance holding porous material 2 to dissolve ICG corresponding to its quantity and both of ICG and the specimen transfers to the specimen holding porous material 1 through the detectable substance holding porous material 2. The transferred specimen and ICG are recovered from the specimen holding porous material 1 and the quantity of the recovered ICG is measured and the quantity of the specimen is determined from the measured value and, if the quantity of the component in the specimen is determined on the basis of this value, excellent quantitative accuracy is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
