PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute bubble generator being easy to fabricate with a simple basic structure, permitting substantial reduction of the production cost owing to no need of two or more parts, unlike the prior art, and having excellent stability of bubble generation.;SOLUTION: The confronting smooth surface 41 of a vibrator 4 is arranged so as to oppose the fixed smooth surface 21 of the body 2 of the apparatus having a discharge outlet 31 of a fluid conduit 3 opened toward the center of the body. The vibrator is connected through reciprocating support mechanisms 5 which are arranged at two or more positions of the vibrator at nearly balanced intervals so as to be switchable between a posture making the smooth surfaces seal tightly and a posture making the smooth surfaces spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
