PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living radical polymerization initiator system applicable to a wide range in terms of the kinds and combinations of radically polymerizable monomers and capable of easily and more quickly producing a polymer having narrow molecular weight distribution while controlling the molecular weight.;SOLUTION: The living radical polymerization initiator system is composed of (A) a halogenopentamethyl cyclopentadienyl bis(triarylphosphine) ruthenium, (B) an α-halogenocarbonyl compound or an α-halogenocarboxylic acid ester and (C) an amine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
