PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven tubular body for a stent type blood vessel prosthesis material which is equipped with both of shape-retaining property to keep the tubular shape without being crushed by the stream of blood when made to reside at a lesion as a stent type blood vessel prosthesis, and a high liquid- tightness to reduce the leakage of blood to the outside, and can prevent blood from flowing into the lesion; and a stent type blood vessel prosthesis material using the woven tubular body. PSOLUTION: This woven tubular body for the stent type blood vessel prosthesis material contains a multifilament which is constituted of a single fiber number of 2 to 5 at least at one part of the warp. The single fiber is under a single line arrangement state in the weft. The woven tubular body for the stent type blood vessel prosthesis material and the stent type blood vessel prosthesis material using the woven tubular body are provided. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
