PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of applying a water-repellent agent by which effective water repellent effect is transferred to the exterior of a vehicle to give high water repellency.;SOLUTION: The method of giving high water repellency to the exterior of the vehicle has a coating process for applying an amino modified silicone oil emulsion containing a silicone resin and also a coating process for applying an emulsion such as a non-reactive silicone oil emulsion containing the silicone resin or a reactive silicone oil emulsion containing the silicone resin and having a functional group having affinity or reactivity with the amino group except the amino modified silicone oil emulsion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
