PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum round route searching method, optimum round route searching program and optimum round route searching device enabling efficient and precise search of an optimum route route solution. PSOLUTION: An evaluation reference is selected, matrix information according to the selected evaluation reference is formed, and a round start point (initial point) is determined from round points which are round objects. Based on the formed matrix information, one round point other than the round points on a first partial round route including the determined round start point is added to the first partial round route to form a second partial optimum round route (an initial solution of partial optimum round route), and the formed second partial optimum round route is subjected to re-optimization adjustment. The above processing is repeatedly carried out until round points on the second partial optimum round route re-optimization adjusted become all the round points which are the circulating objects.
