The irregularity type super wide band pulse formation system is offered. This system, in order on/off pulse shape (102) to form, the operational possible pulse shape formation vessel circuit (101) with, receives the modulating signal, at the same time responds to this modulating signal and in order to modulate on/off pulse shape, has with the operational possible modulation circuit. Another execution form of this invention in order to modify the zone of the pulse which includes on/off pulse shape, has the operational possible variable zone circuit. Various execution forms of this invention, include on/off keying irregularity, pulse position modulation, and pulse phase modulation.
