PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fragments for reinforcing a thermosetting resin which are obtained by recycling textile processing product wastes, a fiber-reinforced resin product using the fragments, and methods for manufacturing the fragments and the resin product. PSOLUTION: A textile processing product, after being cleaned, is impregnated with the thermosetting resin dispersed or dissolved in a solvent, and the resin- impregnated fiber product is dried and crushed by using a shearing crusher. After the fragments are dispersed in a matrix containing the thermosetting resin, a molding is obtained from a composite material comprising the fragments and the matrix.
