PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure predicting model construction system capable of accurately providing pressure distribution in water distribution pipes laid down in a water distribution block.;SOLUTION: This pressure predicting model construction system 4 comprises on-line measurement means 10a and 10b sending on-line data at an on-line measurement point 15 to later stages, an off-line measurement data storage means 22 storing off-line data measured at an off-line measurement point 16 beforehand and sending the data to the later stages, and a clustering means 23 classifying the on-line data and the off-line data into clusters. Also, the pressure predicting model construction system 4 comprises a first pressure predicting model construction means 24 on the off-line data in the same clusters as those of the on-line data and a main component calculation means 25 and a second pressure predicting model construction system 26 on the off-line data in the clusters different from those of the on-line data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
