SOLUTION: In the case of adding a command for correcting a coordinate system due to a change in the holding of a material to NC data, a tool locus 43 of the material 4 previously prepared on the basis of the NC data is displayed on the screen of a display device 40. When an element 51 is specified in the tool locus 43 displayed on the screen, whether the specified element 51 can be used as a reference element for correcting the coordinate system or not is judged by a correction reference hole judging processing part.
