PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there are troubles in corrosion resistance and strength since a conventional pulse motor is formed by joining two cases by welding or bonding.;SOLUTION: In the pulse motor formed by joining the axially divided cases 1, 2: a dumbbell-shaped notch 4 extending over both the cases is formed at a position where the cases 1, 2 abut against each other; the cases 1, 2 are made to abut against each other while mating notched positions; an engaging metal fixture 5 having almost the same shape of the notch 4 and formed with slits 6, 7 at its both ends is inserted in the notch 4; and the slits 6, 7 of the engaging metal fixture 5 are opened by using a flathead screwdriver 8, thus joining the cases 1, 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
