PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the coverage needed to allow full verification.;SOLUTION: An input part 11 fetches a property that expresses an effective test pattern of a logic circuit to be verified and an effective test pattern calculating part 12 calculates the effective test pattern based on the property. An input part 13 fetches the test pattern input by a verifier and executed, and a coverage ratio calculating part 14 calculates coverage ratio on the basis of the ratio of test patterns that match the effective test pattern.
