PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a motion of an object with precision even in a series of a plurality of color exposure images having different exposure times. PSOLUTION: Difference values between predictive values which are predicted based on color component values of pixels in an exposure image different from a given exposure image, and color component values of pixels in the exposure image, are compared with predetermined threshold values, according to weighting factors corresponding color components.
