PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform a deflagging processing to a recording medium, without being affected by the residual amount of a secondary battery. SOLUTION: At detection of the voltage change of a charging state detection point 2d and detecting charging start, a CPU 3d starts the deflagging processing of the data recording memory 3f of a deflagging object. Also, at detection of charge interrupt, if it is in the deflagging processing, the deflagging processing is interrupted.
