PSOLUTION: When sand introduced from an upper part of a fluidized bed is discharged from a discharge shoot, the discharge rate of the sand flowing in the discharge shoot is managed at a discharge rate per unit area within a range not lower than a temperature required for maintaining the combustion in a furnace. At this time, the discharge rate of the sand per unit area is defined as 3,000 to 4,700 kg/hrmSP2/SP.
