PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption and to enable communicating operation by activating an apparatus on the side of reception at suitable timing by providing a control means or the like for activating the apparatus into communicative state at least by turning on a power source switch means when light sent from transmission side apparatus is detected.
