PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulking agent excellent in bulking property and also exhibiting less reduction in frictional coefficient, a method for producing a highly bulky paper by using the same and a paper filled with the bulking agent.;SOLUTION: This bulking agent is provided by containing a main component of at least 1 kind of a 12-22C straight chain fatty acid monoamide, having 0.3-20 μm mean particle diameter of its emulsion particles measured by a laser diffraction scattering method, and having ≤20 % standard static frictional coefficient reduction rate. By adding the agent in the paper, it is possible to produce the highly bulky paper exhibiting the high bulk and less frictional coefficient reduction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
