PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix hands and legs to have a specified pose in stretching exercise, etc. PSOLUTION: A wrist fixing implement 10 consists of a pair of left and right assisting tools 10A, 10B. Substantially globe shaped holders 30A, 30B are fixed to the outer surfaces of fixing bands 12A, 12B in each assisting tool.
