PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental harmonious technology applicable to a hardener material of epoxy resin with a high added value without separating, refining or chemically modifying the decomposition product of urethane resin, concerning an epoxy resin composition for road paving applicable as a hardener of epoxy resin to a decomposed resin of both soft and hard urethane resins, in a utilizing technology of decomposed resin obtained from urethane resin.;SOLUTION: This epoxy resin composition for road paving contains, as essential compositions, epoxy resin, urethane resin, an aliphatic amine compound, and an aggregate with an averaged grain size of 0.2 to 20 mm. The epoxy resin is liquid at room temperature, and its viscosity is desirably 30 poise or less at 25°C. The epoxy resin hardener is an urethane decomposition product and an aliphatic amine compound.
