PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow permanent anchors to function also as temporary anchors in construction wall structure provided with the permanent anchors.;SOLUTION: After driving an earth retaining pile 10, the oblique type permanent anchors 14 are driven while excavating the ground inside the earth retaining pile 10, and wales 20 are mounted to the earth retaining pile 10. Further, pedestals 22 are mounted to the wales 20, and the tensed permanent anchors 14 are anchored to the pedestals 22. After constructing the permanent anchors 14 in all stages, concrete of the wall structure 16 is placed up to the height of the lower part of the pedestal 22 in order from the lower stage to release anchor tension, and the pedestal 22 and wale 20 are dismantled and removed. After placing concrete on the following stage, the anchor is tensed again and anchored to the concrete. These processes are repeated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
