PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a passenger must transport a baggage to an airport because the baggage cannot be safely undertaken without passing through a check-in counter in a conventional baggage undertaking system of an airline company.;SOLUTION: The passenger baggage undertaking management system can communicate between a terminal possessed to a passenger, a terminal in a baggage room at an airport, and a terminal at the check-in counter in the airport.
