PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational/oscillational reaction receiving device for a rotary casing thrusting device also used as a climbing pedestal for a concrete mixer, which is simple and easy to use and is inexpensive.;SOLUTION: Stepboards 2c, 2c for a crawler of an excavator are detachably attached to a base beam 1a of the rotary casing thrusting device. The stepboards 2c, 2c have back board inclination supporting structures 2b, 2b at the sides of the stepboards to conform to a necessary climbing height and angle, and/or have the supporting structures 2b, 2b at the front to conform to the necessary climbing height.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
