PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material using biodegradable resin crosslinked foam, which eliminates environmental load at the time of disposal and excellent in cushioning properties and execution properties.;SOLUTION: The building material comprises a laminated sheet wherein a crosslinked foam comprising a biodegradable resin and having a 25% compression permanent strain of 20% or below, a skin material and a reinforcing material. Further, the building material is used as a cushioning floor material comprising a laminated sheet preferably obtained by laminating the skin material, the reinforcing material, the crosslinked foam comprising the biodegradable resin and a release material in this order and also used as a decorative cushioning material with a load at break of 2.5-25 N/mm comprising a laminated sheet obtained by laminating the skin material, the crosslinked foam and the reinforcing material in this order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
