Ash landfill using the same drainage and treatment method of the ash landfill

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage treatment method for an incineration ash landfill disposal plant capable of lowering the pH value of drainage down to a neutral region at a low cost and an incineration ash landfill disposal plant utilizing the same.;SOLUTION: The incineration ash landfill disposal plant is equipped with a landfill layer 2 for an incineration ash waste, a ventilation layer 3 formed under the landfill layer 2 and an air passage 4 for introducing the atmospheric air to the ventilation layer 3. A neutral calcium salt to increase the calcium concentration of permeated water is mixed to at least the upper portion (layer 2b) of the landfill layer 2 and the atmospheric air is brought into contact with the permeated water permeated through the landfill layer 2 in the ventilation layer 3 to dissolve the carbon dioxide in the atmospheric air therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
