Refractory concrete, refractory concrete plate, and fiber for refractory concrete

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive refractory concrete and a refractory concrete plate having high fire resistance and installing property.;SOLUTION: A refractory concrete segment 10 consists of a concrete plate 1 and a refractory concrete layer 2 formed by mixing polyacetal fibers into one face of the concrete plate 1 to make one body. Reinforcing bars 3 arranged in lattices as a reinforcing material are embedded in the upper and lower parts of the concrete plate 1. The refractory concrete layer 2 is formed by mixing polyacetal fibers in the range of 0.05 vol.% and 0.5 vol.% into a concrete having 31 mass% and 45 mass% water-cement ratio. The thickness of the refractory concrete layer 2 is in the range of 5 cm and 9 cm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
