PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic processing apparatus capable of reducing a noise signal picked up by a microphone.;SOLUTION: The acoustic processing apparatus 10 for receiving voice of a user and processing the received voice includes: a housing 100; a plurality of the microphones 200, 210 located at positions of the housing facing the user and receiving the voice; a signal processing means 400 for forming a directive characteristic in a direction of the user and processing an acoustic signal received by the plurality of the microphones 200, 210; and a noise source 300 applied to the microphones 200, 210.
