PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a seasoned sponge like tissue foodstuff without flowing out broth contained richly in its inside even by lifting it up from the broth.;SOLUTION: This sponge like tissue foodstuff having the sponge like tissue in its inside contains a cooled coagulated solid material of coagulant-added seasoning liquid in the inside of the sponge like tissue. As the cooled coagulated solid material, a material obtained by impregnating or filling the coagulant added seasoning liquid obtained by dissolving ≥ one kind of gelatin, agar, pectin, carrageenin, xanthan gum and locust bean gum in a soy bean curd processed food, cooled and coagulated is cited.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
