PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method for a motor coil which can form a state with a rectangular wire being wound in two or more turns around a core material, without dividing the core material and with ease.;SOLUTION: A rectangular wire is made in a form where it surrounds the periphery of the core material, with both its ends discontinuous, and it is made a unitary layer 520(530) by each turn. At least at one end of this unitary layer, a junction 521(522) to be connected with the unitary layer of a neighboring turn is formed. Both ends in the above unitary layer are opened, and the unit layer is inlaid from the peripheral direction of the core material, thus the unit layer 520(530) is set around the core material (T-type part 230). The setting to the core material of the unit layer is repeated, thereby stacking a plurality of unitary layers around the core material. The other mutual junctions of each unit layer are connected with each other. The unit layers can be set from the periphery of the core material by each turn. Therefore, even with a core material where the t-type part and a ring part united, the unit layer can be set easily around the foot of the T-type part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
