PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a customer of a hotel to process a service order by a simple method, in a hotel order processing system.;SOLUTION: A hotel order processing server 1 displays a login screen in a user terminal 2 disposed in each guest room of the hotel, displays a main screen for inputting an order with the main screen divided in time zones on the basis of input of a user ID and a password in the login screen, displays an addition/cancellation screen of service on the basis of selection of the time zone in the main screen, registers the order inputted by use of the addition/cancellation screen of the service, and directs execution of the registered order to another business support system 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
