PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for providing a vehicle with traffic news, according to requests.;SOLUTION: Sender information is inputted by using an input unit 21, and the traffic news of a sender is received by a receiving unit 25. In this case, the sender is identified by the sender information, the received traffic news is reproduced by voice using a reproduction unit 26.
