PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and an apparatus for executing data transfer between independent arbitral databases without previously structuring dedicated upload functions. PSOLUTION: A database management apparatus 30, which manages data transfer between databases, has an item name reading part 32, which reads a plurality of transfer source item names from a contract performance database 10, in which transfer source data to be transferred is linked to transfer source item names and stored, receives transfer of transfer source data, and reads transfer target item names from an analysis database 20, in which data is linked to transfer target item names and stored. In addition, the database management apparatus 30 also has a matching degree calculation part 34, which calculates each matching degree of the plurality of transfer source item names to transfer target item names, and a corresponding candidate output part 36, which links a transfer source item name, the matching degree of which is calculated as the highest one, to a transfer target item name and outputs it so that transfer source data becomes a candidate of transfer source item name corresponding to a transfer target item name to be transferred.
