Approximately 95 weight % Mn₃ O of the square crystal₄ and approximately 5 weight % the ceramic mixed composition which possesses the negative temperature coefficient of resistance (NTC) which includes La₂ O₃. Mixing the said ceramic mixed composition with stearic acid and the wax, consolidation doing, leaving mutually and providing two electrodes which are arranged, it forms the thermister which possesses the resistance of order of megohm at temperature of the 25C. As for resistance of the said thermister, temperature every rises the 20C almost 40% to decrease, it is stabilized to 25050 ohm in the temperature range of the 330C6%.
