PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove iron chloride mixed with a non-chlorine cooling medium when the cooling medium in a freezer system is replaced with the non-chlorine cooling medium from a chlorine type cooling medium.;SOLUTION: The chlorine type cooling medium is discharged, from the freezer system filled with the chlorine type cooling medium and the non-chlorine cooling medium is introduced into the freezer system. Thereafter, an internal cooling medium based on the introduced non-chlorine cooling medium is recovered from the freezer system to be brought into contact with an adsorbent 26 capable of adsorbing and removing iron chloride before re-introduced into the freezer system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
