Forming the access key on the basis of user identification of the user device, it houses the database access controller. And, the database access controller, with address of the alternate processing server device transmits the said access key, to the user device. The user device transmits the access key to the occasion where database access request is done in the alternate processing server device, the alternate processing server device transmits the access key to the occasion where database processing request is done in the database access controller. The database access controller decides, whether or not the occasion where database processing request is received, the database access controller has housed the same access key as the access key which is received from the said alternate processing server equipment, accesses the database only when it has possessed the said access key.
