PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for circulating paid information that is capable of promoting the browsing by general users of the contents which the system owns, and assisting companies which perform advertising activities in promoting their sales.;SOLUTION: The server 201 for circulating paid information, upon a request from a company's server 301, issues authentication information for each point of a group of points for browsing the paid information (contents), and transmits this information to the company's server 301. The company's server 301 distributes to a user's terminal 401 the authentication information of each point received from the server 201.
