PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing time prediction method and a photographing time prediction device for a predicting photographing time of a moving image according to user's action on a scheduled photographing day and to provide a moving image photographing apparatus and a moving image photographing system capable of photographing the moving image without a trouble within the photographing time predicted by the photographing time prediction device. PSOLUTION: A CPU 11 counts a carrying time when a user carries equipment for photographing the moving image and the photographing time when the user actually photographs the moving image by using the equipment, calculates a moving image photographing rate from a counting result and stores it in a storage part 14. When a user's action time in a period when photography is scheduled is inputted through an input part 12, the CPU 11 predicts a moving image photographing time on the scheduled photographing day on the basis of the action time and the moving image photographing rate stored in the storage part 14.
