PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiband compatible circularly-polarized microstrip antenna technology that is compatible with multifrequencies using one feeding point and is easy to be connected with an RF circuit and further can realize good transmission efficiency and good reception efficiency.;SOLUTION: The antenna includes a radiating element 16 in which a feeding element 12 and a nonfeeding element 14 that have the feeding point 13 on a dielectric 10 are arranged and these elements 12, 14 are connected by a switch 15. When a side of the feeding element 12 is L/W in length, a distance between a side W and the feeding point 13 is Li, a distance between a side L and the feeding point 13 is Wi, a side corresponding to the side L among sides of the radiating element 16 is L' in length, a side corresponding to the side W among the sides thereof is W' in length, a distance between the side W' and the feeding point 13 is Li', and a distance between the side L' and the feeding point 13 is Wi', defined are L/W= L'/W', Li/L= Li'/ L', and Wi/W= Wi'/ W'.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
