PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Francis runner and its manufacturing method, in which a shrinkage fault is prevented from generating when molten metal cools and solidifies in a mold space, and the welding assembly is easy. PSOLUTION: Casting 5 integrally cast with a band 2 and a plurality of blades 3, and a crown 4 separately cast from the casting are welded at the running water surface side of the crown 4 to assemble so as to be incorporated.
