PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorocarbon resin composite material easy to adjust characteristics such as the service life of a treating agent even while using a fluorocarbon resin excellent in a characteristic for capturing fine particles and to prevent the performance of a device such as an organic electroluminescence element from being deteriorated over a long period of time. ;SOLUTION: The treating agent 1 such as a moisture absorbent and an adsorbent is incorporated into a space formed by wall materials constituted of a gas-permeable fluorocarbon resin film 11 and a gas-impermeable support 21. The porous or non-porous one is used as the film 11 or the thickness ratio of the film 11 to the support 21 is adjusted according to the gas-permeating volume to be required. The strength and processability of the fluorocarbon resin composite material where the agent 1 is incorporated can be also enhanced by the support 21.
