PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a coral reef by forming coral grounding holes for settling coral well and having a high sitting rate and survival rate of coral larva, and to provide a coral adherent base block, a concrete block, a concrete structure, or the like used for the method.
