PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function-imparting agent capable of imparting functions such as skin-beautifying effect, aging-preventing effect, skin eruptions-preventing property, anti-allergy property, etc., to a fibrous product.;SOLUTION: The function-imparting agent is provided by using (a) at least one kind selected from ferulic acid and its derivatives and (b) at least one kind selected from a group consisting of amino acids, vitamins, ceramide, glycyrrhetinic acid of licorice extract, raspberry, jasmine, peppermint, rosemary, roman camomile, eucaliptus, hinokithiol, bamboo extract, aloe extract, catechin, grape fruit, lemon, jojoba oil, olive oil, citrus oil, sea algae extract, squalane, collagen, sorbitol and glucose at (10:1)-(1:10) weight ratio.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
