PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary magnetism generating mechanism used for magnetic health appliances without using batteries, which can be used continuously without awareness, and also provide health footwear capable of effecting a fluctuation magnetic field in a wide range such as a sole of a foot or an entire instep for obtaining remedy effects.;SOLUTION: In the rotary magnetism generating mechanism, a magnetic rotor is rotatably supported and polarized in a rotating direction, which is used for the magnetic health appliance such as the health footwear or the like.
