PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly body which can decide a position of an embolic coil easily and securely with approaching to a fixed part of a vital tube which is small and separated moree easily. ;SOLUTION: An assembly which arranges an embolic coil in a vital tube organization provides a delivery wire 1 providing a central core which has a blade shaped part. A screw coil 8 is extended in the blade shaped part and thickness of the balde shaped part is no more than 40% of width of the blade.
