PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which ensures efficient cash planning and commodity selection in the construction of buildings.;SOLUTION: The computer system S comprises a cost information storing part 1 which has stored therein cost information on a construction cost of a building, a commodity information storing part 2 which has stored therein commodity information on the building, a condition inputting means for a customer to input conditions on the building and the construction cost, a price information preparing means which prepares price information on the building based on the input conditions and the cost information stored in the cost information storing part 1, a matching means which searches commodity information which matches with the input conditions and the prepared price information from the commodity information stored in the commodity information storing part 2 and outputs the searched commodity information, and a design information preparing means which prepares and outputs design information on the building based on the input conditions and the prepared price information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
